Day 42 of 75 Hard Challenge Over halfway there I missed the halfway post on day 37 38 so here is day 42. 2 workouts a day - low body weight training - 4 mile morning walk. Following FODMAP for gut health and anti inflammation Just reintroduced garlic to the diet after eliminating it along with everything else the diet calls for Garlic was a difficult one to cut out as it is in so many things. Drinking 1 gallon of water daily I am closer to 2 gallons Also use a hydrogenated water bottle for about 2 4 -32oz each day as well as 32oz of electrolytes to start off each day. 3 cold plunges each week have continued Not always in Lake Tahoe but get in the cold tubs at the gym. Reading - finished Outlive by peterattiamd and am now on to reading Good Energy.
