Shoulders/Arms *all workouts 4x12-15 reps I'm back at it with a good, solid upper body workout. All of these workouts go perfectly together to give you that ultimate beast feeling. You have to push yourself on this one, and try to go for quality lifts. The more I workout, the more I try to focus on the range of motion and not just throwing weight up.
