    Pudding Tart Recipe Ingredients
Tart Shell:
 • 50g softened butter
 • 55g powdered sugar
 • 1 egg
 • 150g flour
Filling:
 • 200g heavy cream
 • 3 egg yolks
 • 30g condensed milk
 • 15g powdered sugar
Instructions
 1. Tart Shell:
 • Mix butter and sugar until smooth.
 • Add the egg, then mix in the flour to form a dough
 • Press into tart molds.
 • Bake at 320°F for 15 minutes.
 2. • Whisk together heavy cream, egg yolks, condensed milk, and sugar.
 • Sift to remove lumps.
 3. • Pour filling into baked shells.
