I saw this no bake brownie recipe online and got excited to try it. The bottom layer is 1 cup of dates, 1/3 cup cocoa powder and 1/3 cup almond butter. The top layer was supposed to be raw chocolate and tahini, but I used 1 cup of Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips because they have some sugar, and I feel like a little sugar makes them taste like the treat they are supposed to be! Tahini isn’t sweet so I feel like it would be too bitter with just that ingredient and raw chocolate. The ingredients are still high quality, but more palatable than the original recipe suggested. 👩🏻🍳❤️
