Simple recipes work well with squash. For this one, I preheat my oven to 400F, cut my squash lengthwise and scoop the insides. Then lay it face up on a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle olive oil, garlic powder, dehydrated rosemary and Parmesan cheese. I bake it for 30 minutes and when I remove it, I add a bit more Parmesan cheese before serving. I love the balance of the savory seasonings with the natural sweetness of the squash.
