RECIPE: 2-3 ripe bananas 2 eggs 1/4 cup melted butter 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt 1/4 cup maple or date syrup 1 tsp. Baking soda 2 tbsp. flaxseed meal 1 cup. white flour 1 cup. wheat flour 1/2 c. white chocolate chips 1/2 c. crushed Cadbury mini eggs (I used the dark chocolate ones but you can use either type) In a large mixing bowl combine the wet ingredients, then fold in the dry ingredients and add the white chocolate and crushed Cadbury eggs last. Set your oven to 350F and cook for 50 minutes. At the 40 minute mark, pull the bread out of the oven and use a handful of the remaining Cadbury eggs to decorate the top of the bread. #april #springrecipes #easyrecipes
