Did you know that there are numerous Pilates based exercises that can be performed with just a resistance band? It's light weight, you can take it anywhere, doesn't take up a lot of space and doesn't break the bank!!! It's one of my favorite props. Some common exercise examples include: 1. Standing Bicep Curls 2. Seated Rows 3. Standing Chest Press 4. Standing Leg Press 5. Glute Bridge 6. Side Lying Leg Lifts 7. Standing Lateral Leg Lifts 8. Standing Clamshells 9. Standing External Rotations 10. Standing Internal Rotations These are just a few of the possibilities! There are many more variations and exercises that can be done with a resistance band in a Pilates workout.
