GOLDFISH CRACKERS 1 cup gluten free flour blend 4 tbsp cold butter 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese 2 tbsp cold water 1/2 tsp salt and paprika (optional) Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a soft dough forms (add 1/2 tbsp water at a time while blending if too dry). On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough until 1/4 inch thick. Place your cut out pieces on a sheet lined with parchment paper.
