Add chicken, peppers, onion, pineapple and broccoli to a sheet pan. Combine your sauce and simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened, then pour half of it over the chicken and veggies. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove and shred the chicken, and pour remaining sauce on top
