Easy chicken & veggie sheet pan dinnerš„š„¦ All you need is: * 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces * 8 yellow potatoes, washed and cut into 4ths * 2 large carrots, peeled and slicedĀ * 1 cup broccoli florets * 1/2 cup bone broth (you can also use olive oil) * Italian seasoning * Dried onion flakes (or fresh onion if you prefer) * Salt (my favorite is Redmond Real Salt) and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 425Ā°F (220Ā°C). Chop veggies and chicken and arrange on baking sheet. Pour the chicken broth over the vegetables and chicken, coating evenly.Ā Season with italian seasoning, dried onion flakes, salt and pepper (to taste). Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, and the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
