I wanted to show you all an alternative to a dessert. I’m not going to tell you that this is a good or better than any dessert. It is not crème brûlée or ice cream but it does help me curve my sugar craving and give me protein. Which I really need to eat more protein since I am taking a semiglutide. It’s has about - 1 cup of Greek yogurt - 1 serving of protein powder flavor of your choice- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds- a splash of almond milk . Let it rest on the refrigerator for 30 min and enjoy.
