Mental Health: Good ✅ Physical Health: Meh Had to skip my thyroid medication this morning to load up on calcium and calcium carbonate as my calcium was DROPPING! But we got it under control 🥰 I managed to rest, do school work, watch some House, shower, and catch up on skin care! So proud of myself today as even though they were small accomplishments, they’re still accomplishments!
