Snickerdoodle cookie cups Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups flour 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup oil 2 tbsp milk of choice 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp pure vanilla extract Cinnamon sugar for rolling: 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly oil 8 cupcake slots Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar Add oil, milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract Roll the dough into 8 balls and coat in cinnamon sugar Place in cupcake slots Bake 13-15 minutes Remove from oven and press centers down gently with back of spoon Cool Top with scoops of ice cream Enjoy!
