1/2 cup sugar 1 flax egg
1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt Cado Cherry Amaretto Melted chocolate Sprinkles Instructions: Preheat oven to oven to 350°F and lightly oil 10 cupcake slots Beat the butter and sugar until creamy Mix in the flax egg and vanilla Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix to combine Scoop the dough into 10 cupcake cups Press gently with back of spoon Bake 13-15 minutes Cool Top with scoops of Cado Cherry Amaretto Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkles Enjoy!
