Tabbouleh Recipe - Ingredients: 1/2 cup bulgur 1 cup hot water 3 cups finely chopped parsley 1/2 cup finely chopped mint 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 cup diced cucumber 1 cup diced red onion Juice from 1 lemon 3 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper, to taste Instructions: Soak the bulgur in hot water about 20 minutes Mix together the parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and bulgur Dress with lemon juice and olive oil Season with salt and pepper Enjoy!
