Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups AP flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup canola oil 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs, room temp 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F and line cups of muffin pan with paper liners, set aside Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and set aside Combine mashed bananas, sour cream, oil, brown sugar, eggs and mix until combined Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined Fold in the chocolate chips Distribute batter among muffin cups Bake 20 minutes, until golden brown and slightly firm to the touch Cool muffins in pan for 5 minutes then move to cooling rack Enjoy!
