INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup almond flour 1/8 cup ground flaxseed 1 tbsp sugar free brown sugar (optional) Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp almond extract 2-3 tbsp maple syrup 1/8 cup Raspberries 1 tsp Chia seeds DIRECTIONS •Mash up the raspberries well and add chia seeds. Set aside. •Preheat oven to 350 •Mix all your other ingredients, adding the 3rd tbsp maple syrup if needed to form a dough that’s not too crumbly •Add tbsp of your mix on a parchment lined baking tray and create heart shapes using a 1/8 tsp. •Pipe in the raspberry jam and bake 9-14 minutes or until golden brown on top. •Let cool to touch before transferring to a cooling rack and let cook completely.
