Specification:
- Guard Thickness - We recommend a thicker night guard for more severe teeth grinding & a thinner guard for less severe cases. A 3MM guard will feel more prominent in your mouth than thinner guard.
- Upper or Lower Guard - This choice is based off of what you’re most comfortable with. You only need to wear a night guard on one side of your mouth to protect yourself from grinding.
