- Brightland vinegar includes the mother, a naturally occurring enzyme packed with gut-healthy bacteria.
About the Olive Oil
- Brightland's bold and robust olive oils are grown on small family farms in California’s Central Coast and Valley. Our olives are cold-pressed by a master miller for freshness and flavor.
About the Vinegar
- RAPTURE is a raw Balsamic vinegar that is double fermented with California zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries. PARASOL is a raw Champagne vinegar double fermented with Navel and Valencia oranges. Both vinegars are lovingly crafted on a small, family-run farm in California’s Central Coast.
Our infused olive oils celebrate the merging of art and food with category-changing artists who have designed each special label:
- ARDOR's label was crafted in collaboration with New York-based artist Marleigh Culver, and was inspired by summer heat, dawn and dusk of Southern California, and the artist's Thai heritage.
- ROSETTE's label was created in collaboration with California-based multimedia artist Lilian Martinez, also known as bfgf. Through her paintings, sculptures and works on paper, Lilian blends past with present and future, combining classical architectural elements with contemporary pop cultural references to create the settings for her portraits and landscapes.
- LUCID's label was crafted in collaboration with Amsterdam-based artist B.D. Graft. Known for his series “Add Yellow,"" Graft worked closely with Brightland to create an eye-catching label that expresses their shared vision for Brightland's first artist label bottle.
- ARISE's label was created in collaboration with New York-based renowned fashion designer and artist Peter Som, and was inspired by blooming of spring produce and warm-weather entertaining. Som’s use of Warhol-style flowers with heavy shadows, signature to his work in fashion, reinforce a sense of movement and arising.

Olive Oil Harvest Date
Packaged in 375 mL / 12.7 fl oz fully-recyclable glass bottles that have been UV-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.
Our vinegars are each packaged in a 200 mL / 6.7 fl oz fully-recyclable glass bottle.
- RAPTURE Ingredients: Vinegar (diluted with water to 5% acidity), Cane Sugar, Triple Crown Blackberries.
- PARASOL Ingredients: Vinegar (diluted with water to 5% acidity), Cane Sugar, Navel and Valencia Oranges.
About The Spout
- The Spout is our much-requested, brushed gold, stainless steel spout. It has a rubber stopper cork that fits securely in the bottle, a straw that lives inside the spout to limit spills and ensure smooth pours, and a lid to protect the oil. Fits in - and looks beautiful with - all full size Brightland Olive Oil bottles.
