About Jennifer's Homemade
In 2005, I was a single mother and loved baking with my young daughter. I took my passion for baking and the inspiration to create delicious products, and Jennifer's Homemade was born. We make our dough from scratch using and Italian big and only the highest-quality, natural ingredients. A big is a pre-fermentation or starter which give our products their delicious flavor, adds complexity and texture, and makes them easier to digest. We make Breadsticks and Flatbread that are crunchy and delicious with only extra virgin olive oil (never any seed oils). The fermented dough is good for gut health.
