Nobody's perfect:
- Tens of thousands of people have done the Total Shake® program. Everybody needs it, but nobody is perfect! What’s great is that we all have a common goal. Certain situations in life occur that sometimes make it nearly impossible to follow the program. ie. weddings, Super Bowl, vacations, Vegas, etc… During these times it’s important that you don’t just quit your program only because you’ve indulged, binged, gone off the deep end, or just blown it completely. So, if you make a mistake or fall off the program, don’t worry about it! Above all, be easy on yourself and just get back on. You’re doing great!
- The Total Shake® program works if you follow it. So stay focused and follow the steps below to get back on and start winning again.
- The section below is designed to help you transition back onto the program without losing the gains you have worked so hard to attain.
- If you cheat for one meal: Drink 5 shakes and eat one recommended meal the next day. Then continue on your program.
- If you’re off the program for 1-3 days: Drink 5 shakes and eat one recommended meal for each day you were off.
- If you’re off longer than 3 days off, start your program from the beginning again, and don’t beat yourself up.
- If you completely blow the program (which happens!), just start over.
Special circumstances:
- Consult your physician before starting any detoxification or cleansing program.
- For those who want to improve their health but have circumstances that require caution and need multiple meals per day, i.e. diabetics, pregnant women, underweight/wasting, and people who expend extraordinary energy. *Consult your physician before starting any detoxification or cleansing program.
- Days 1-30, drink 3 shakes per day along with 3 approved meals. Start your first Total Shake® in the morning and plan your day to include the other two, and your meals. Please allow no more than 3 hours in between shakes, or your meals.
