To be clear my plan is to lose 30lbs of body fatā¦ the gym Iāve joined has a body scan machine that measures your body fat so if I gain muscle mass my overall weight loss may only be 20-25lbs, if I gain muscle mass. Muscle mass burns fat all day even when you arenāt working out, so I do plan to do muscle building resistance exercises.
