The softest sugar cookies ever! Dry ingredients: 2 3/4 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Wet Ingredients: 1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 egg 2 tsp vanilla Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add butter and sugar to separate bowl and whisk until combined. Add rest of ingredients, mix until combined. Add dry ingredients, mix. Roll into balls and flatten slightly. Cook at 350 for 12 minutes. Let cool on baking sheets.
