Day 4/75 ✅ Today was all about cardio and consistency. Started the morning strong with an outdoor walk, soaking in the fresh air and setting the tone for the day. Closed out the evening with more LISS (low-intensity steady-state) cardio and some much-needed stretching to stay mobile and recover.
