Menstrual Phase Brownies by @alexismswan 1 cup kidney beans 1/3 cup tahini 1/2 cup cocoa powder 7 medjool dates, pitted (I put in 9 dates this time and like it so much better) 2 Tbls pumpkin seed oil or olive oil works too (I did coconut oil) 1/3 cup milk (I did homemade unsweetened cashew milk) 1.5 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I did vegan choc chips and added a but more that 1/3 cup) Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips. You may need to add a bit more milk to get it to blend. (I did at least 1 cup of milk.) Pour into parchment lined loaf pan. Top with chocolate chips and swirl in. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
