- Place your Boneless Beef Chuck roast (about 2.5 - 3lbs) in your crockpot - Season with salt and pepper on both sides (or use a favorite seasoning blend, I used uncle Chris's steak seasoning) - Add 1 pkg Au Jus seasoning packet - Add 1 pkg slow cooker savory post roast seasoning packet - Add in some baby carrots (I used a 12oz bag) - Add in a cup of diced onions or more (i just diced one whole medium onion) - Add in some baby potatoes (I used a baby potato medley bag) - Pour in 1 1/2 cups or more of beef broth (you need enough to make sure the veggies are semi in the liquid, I think I used a little over 2 cups) - Cook in crockpot on high for 6 hours Once done, serve over mashed potatoes 🥔 😋 #slowcookerrecipe #crockpotrecipes #easydinnerideas #setitandforgetit
