B-12 (Methylcobalamin) helps me! (This is long so you might want to speed this up if it intrests you) I have gut issues & take meds as needed. Also on Prozac & Klonopin for lifelong anxiety—B-12 always comes upas a deficiency in my body, but I buy it and I don’t take it. Since I’m on this journey, I’m going to take it daily. Hopefully it’ll help me with energy, also Dr’s say it helps with the prevention of Alzheimer’s or dementia which runs on my mom side, and the Mental Health runs on my dad side.
