Quick check-in on my abs and waist! This feels super vulnerable, but I wanted to share where I’m at. I’ve been doing daily ab and FUPA work, and while it’s definitely a journey, I’m starting to feel and see some changes. My waist feels more defined, especially in these jeans, normally they cut in at the top, but today, they’re actually sitting comfortably. I’m not sucking in, this is just me. I’ve noticed a little loose skin starting to show, which to me is a sign that I’m shedding weight (though I don’t weigh myself). I’d rather focus on how I feel and how my clothes fit than chase numbers. My FUPA is from having kids, and I know it’ll take time and consistency, but I’m feeling that “good pain,” if there is such a thing, and it tells me I’m doing something right.Staying committed.
