It’s been a week , well, 8 days exactly, and I’ve stayed consistent! I’ve worked out my abs every single day, and I’ve been focusing hard on my problem areas: mostly my rear, abs/FUPA, and waist. Feeling proud of myself for sticking with it, even on the days I wasn’t feeling super motivated. Progress is progress! I feel like my stomach is poochy and I’m really soar in my and , but you keep me motivated! I can’t say I’m going to do something and not do it that would make me feel like a fraud and a fraud or a liar I am not! So see you in another 7 days ♥️😊♥️
