This is my first ever self edited video flip family, as you can see I've got some improving to do lol. But here's the recipe for the salad 1 cup of mixed greens 1/4 cup of red pepper 1/4 cup white onion 1/4 cup mushrooms 1/4 cup plum tomato 2 tbps cilantro lime vinaigrette 1/4 cup curry chickpeas - 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed -2 tbsp garlic powder -4 tbsp curry powder -1 tbsp ground ginger -salt and pepper to taste -sautéed everything in a hot skillet with canola oil It's important to cook chickpeas first then let cool while you assemble the rest of the salad. Once the salad is platted, add the now room temperature chickpeas and enjoy
