Ingredients: 2 Cups Flour 2/3 cups brown sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 egg 1 cup milk 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup dried cranberries 3/4 cup chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together flour, baking powder salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add in egg, milk, butter and brown sugar. Mix until combined. Fold in cranberries and walnuts. Line 12 muffin tins.
