Take Sonia, for example. She’s been with us since the beginning, originally ordering only our premium candles. But over time, she started transitioning to our deconstructed candles. Maybe she’s embracing a more eco-friendly lifestyle, or maybe she’s recently gotten into crafting—whatever the reason, it tells a story beyond just what’s in her cart.
