Let me count the ways I love these pork and shrimp soup dumplings 🥟 1. The skin is a perfect thickness. Not too thin and delicate to break(which i prefer when I’m at a restaurant eating them ) and not thick and gummy. 2. The soup is a perfect amount and flavorful. 3. The meat and shrimp mixture is tasty and doesn’t leave a greasy taste in my mouth. A bunch more reasons but these will do. ☺️
