Probably the biggest thing I hear about going to the gym is I could never work out like you do. I thought the same thing 12 years ago At 28 years old 6 months postpartum after my second child. When I started, my main motivation was to keep up with my 2 year old and baby I found out that with consistency and setting goals for myself I loved working out! I have had seasons where I have worked out only a couple days a week , I’ve also worked out through two pregnancies and postpartum. Some days my only goal is to just move my body other days I know I need to rest. Sometimes the hardest thing is to just get started!
