I’ve done a lot of research on this and a lot of people say that the first week or two is the hardest but after that you start to feel amazing. I’m really hoping that this will help me heal and regulate my body. I know this wasn’t a perfect blog and maybe my meals weren’t perfect but it’s definitely a start and I think it was pretty successful! Trying to make sure that I get good quality meat and adding in good fats, like the grass fed butter and things like pasture raised eggs, and organic whenever I can. I want to keep it nutrient dense.
