I ve spent so long thinking something was wrong with me because I didn t feel like myself even my dr said I just needed to stress less even though labs weren t normal I ve tried so many things to help balance my hormones and to feel better and have more energy but this combo has definitely helped the most the past 2 months My period symptoms aren t as bad last month I was on time which is completely abnormal for me and this month I was only 4 days past expected which is normal for most women I ve always been 1 -2 wks late normalish libido lol I have more energy and less fatigue brain fog throughout the day my moods aren t up and down less bloating and gut issues I m not completely back to normal but it’s just the beginning of my journey
