I had an active first pregnancy and was able to run up to 38 weeks. However, I developed pelvic pain (likely SPD or pelvic girdle pain) shortly after 20 weeks this pregnancy. I knew I wouldn’t be able to keep running but I still wanted to be active so I did a lot of research into ways to make that possible.
