Ingredients (I doubled the recipe): • 24 Ritz crackers • ½ cup unsalted butter • ½ cup light brown sugar • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate • 2 oz white chocolate • Sea salt • Toppings: Valentines M&Ms & sprinkles Instructions: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Arrange crackers in an even layer. Melt butter & brown sugar over medium-high, stirring until combined. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium & let boil for 5 minutes without stirring. Pour over crackers & bake for 5 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven, top with chocolate & spread evenly. Sprinkle with sea salt & toppings. Freeze until solid, break apart & enjoy!
