This is chicken salad The Way his mom makes it I don’t know if it is the standard recipe for Mexican chicken salad or she’s just a genius (probably that one though 😅) but trust me when I tell you, it is delicious and if you have not tried Saladitas you are truly missing out. They are the best saltine crackers you will ever eat. They are so good!
