Balancing running and lifting is time consuming but not necessarily complicated! The goal of lifting is to support and enhance your running. To do that though you want it to also interfere as little as possible For me that means running my big workouts in the morning (usually between 5-7am) then lifting at least 4 hours after during lunch during to time constraints. In an ideal world I’d have more time between my run and lift but I do my best to EAT between the 2 and stock up to get ready.
