A typical Thursday of training! 10 total miles on the day with 16x400m @ threshold effort! Then a heavy leg lift day. Tuesday and Thursdays have been my big workout days for a while. During basebuilding my body has been holding up well but I do wonder if I’ll need to move things around once I start to sharpen for the 5k again.
