Recipe was for ground beef, but I changed it up. I used: 2 cans grands southern butter biscuits 5 count 1 1lb pkg pre cooked lightly seasoned steak strips from the store 10 oz bag frozen fire grilled roasted onions and peppers Monterey Jack cheese Chop, mix and warm onions, peppers, and steak (I drained as much liquid as I could off) Flatten biscuits to about 4โ-5โ rounds Layer cheese and meat mixture in the middle Wrap biscuits around filling and pinch to seal, trying not to punch holes in other parts of the dough Space 2 or more inches from each other on baking sheet Cook at 375 F for 15-20, checking at 15 minutes then periodically Let rest for about 5 minutes before digging in!!
