This is what it was like crossing the border in Tecate: The border patrol agents asked us to pull over and show them our registration. One guy asked Nico to open the back doors while another guy came in through the side door to look around. He opened the cabinets and asked us where we were coming from and where we are going. Then they said we were good to go. I asked where to go for the FMM card and didn’t quite catch everything he said, but basically, at Tecate, you’ll turn right on Avenida Revolución, then take the next right, and the next right (essentially going around the block back to the border patrol area but you’ll need to make this loop because there’s a one-way street)…
