Here’s what today looked like: Breakfast Mom: Scrambled eggs, tuna salad, protein smoothie. Kids: Egg casserole, kiwi, mandarins, toast with butter. Quiet Time: Bible study & prayers. Snack: Veggies, pretzels, avocado lime dip. Lunch: Bagel sandwiches, veggies, banana. Dinner: Low-carb fajita nachos w/ Greek yogurt & guacamole.
