Ingredients: 3 packets unflavored gelatin 1 cup water, divided 1 ½ cups sugar 1 cup light corn syrup ¼ tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla Powdered sugar (for dusting) Instructions: 1. Bloom gelatin in ½ cup water. 2. Boil sugar, corn syrup, salt, and ½ cup water to 240°F. 3. Mix syrup into gelatin, beat on high 10 mins, add vanilla. 4. Spread in greased, sugared 9x13 pan. 5. Set 4-6 hours. Cut, dust with powdered sugar.
