    Protein Packed Super Bowl Appetizer! This dip used cottage cheese and Greek yogurt as the base which not only tastes amazing but is full of protein and healthy fats! Ingredients -2 cups Chicken Breast cooked and shredded - 3/4 cup Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese - 2/3cup Hot Sauce - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt - 2/3 cup Low Fat Cheddar Cheese shredded Instructions -Preheat the oven to 350 F -In a bowl mix together the Greek yogurt cottage cheese shredded chicken garlic powder garlic salt and hot sauce -Pour the mixture into an 8 -inch by 8 -inch baking pan -Top with the shredded cheese -Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is fully melted #buffalochickendip #superbowlfood #easyappetizers #proteinrecipes
