I got this flipping plate specifically for this dish - tortilla espanola 😋 I was so nervous and yes I'm wearing these huge gloves. Will got them for me for my birthday because I hate getting oil splatter on my hands. It makes me so angry! But the meal turned out SO GOOD!!
