Day 2 of GRWM to get my life back in order ☺️ I struggled with mental health for the last 4 years, and I've kind of let myself go. I'm trying to get back on track with just the basics - washing your face, brushing your teeth,getting dressed. We will take it one day at a time until it comes naturally to me again ❤️ If you are struggling too, just remember that you are not alone and any progress is better than no progress.
