Today on the menu: Couscous with chicken and roasted vegetables! Measure with a heart: carrots,zucchini,peppers,broccoli,cauliflower roast at 450f for about 15 minutes . Marinate chicken with salt,oregano,sweet pepper and garlic powder. Toast onion,garlic and golden raisins with a little bit of butter then add 1 cup of couscous. Serve with a bit of feta cheese and ENJOY!!😉 😊
