20 min Home-Made pasta sauce β¦ Iβm no chef but they came out good Welcome to episode 1 of What Not To Cook after a 10 hour shift π but worth it Ingredients - 1 can diced tomato - 1 can water - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 tbsp Italian season - 1 tbsp minced garlic (or 1/2 tsp of garlic powder) - 1/4 tsp of salt (can always add more to taste) - 1/2 tsp of pepper (add to taste) - 2 bay leaves - 1/2 tsp basil (not 1/4) - 1/3 cuz Parmesan/Romano cheese (powder) - towards the end Directions: mashed and mixed, simmer on med high for 20 mins, emulsify to preference, add cheese, mix and serve.
